City of Edinburgh expands fleet of 525 hi-speed machines.

Applied Sweepers Ltd is delighted to announce that the City of Edinburgh have recently placed an order for a further two Applied 525 Hi-Speed Green Machines ; bringing their fleet up to eleven Applied 525 sweepers.
Edinburgh were the first UK customer to purchase the innovative "mini-compact" Applied 525 and took delivery of the first nine machines last summer. Indeed, as can be seen from this picture, an Applied 525 Hi-Speed Green Machine together with one of the City's 424HS models had pride of place at the front of the Edinburgh International Festival opening parade in August 2002. Since then, the Applied 525 machines have been working daily in the City Centre to ensure Scotland's capital and famous tourist site is kept clean and litter free.
City of Edinburgh have found that the unique features of the Applied 525 help them achieve and maintain high standards of street cleansing and this is reflected in the recent Applied 525 fleet expansion.
The Applied 525 Hi-Speed Green Machine represents a further thoroughbred
product from the Applied Sweepers Group, the undisputed world leaders
in smaller sweepers.
