Get there in speed, comfort and security.

Believe it or not, the 636 gets around even faster and more comfortably than the legendary smooth-riding 525.

Using carefully-tuned Koni coil-spring independent suspension on all 4 wheels gives a near-automotive quality ride.

And the front axle actually tracks outwards as the speed increases to give wide-stance stability and security at speeds of up to 25 mph (where permitted).

Previous generation sweepers of this size were often limited to 12-15 mph above which a safe and secure ride was not guaranteed.

With the 636 not only can you get from one sweeping area to another quickly, but getting back to the depot or yard to empty becomes easy.

The 636 is rugged and well-built with extensive use of stainless steel throughout for outstanding durability.

Powerful Performance.

The 636 differs from smaller Green Machine models in that its suction performance comes from a large diameter remotely-mounted clean fan. This "pure vacuum" system is better suited to coarser debris such as construction dirt or heavier accumulations of grit or sand along curb-lines.

By contrast, the smaller models such as the 525 use a compacting impeller fan through which the debris passes. They have an advantage in they can mulch leaves, bottles, cans etc. to give greater capacity.

Each system has its merits, but if you are looking for the ultimate pick-up performance over the widest range of debris, then the 636 is it.

To handle increased demands, the 636 sports a payload of 1,700 lb. (775 kg) - up 40% on the 525 - and is fitted with a Kubota 4-cylinder turbo-diesel engine for extra power.

Despite its powerful performance, the 636 doesn't damage delicate surfaces like heavier sweepers can.

Versatile

Name another sweeper that can be scouring up dirt from curb-lines one minute, then nimbly maneuvering around pedestrians on a sidewalk the next.

The 636 can sweep safely in congested spaces during working hours thanks to a small footprint and excellent all-round visibility, and its joystick controlled brushes reach into neglected corners with ease.

Use the optional pressure washer lance to clean bird mess off benches or tidy-up moss covered bricks.

Dust control on the 636 is excellent thanks to a cleverly-designed 3-stage cyclonic seperator and our new "CloudmakerTM" misting system which reduces water consumption compared with traditional water sprays and means longer endurance between water fills.

All-in-all it means no panel filter systems to clog up and true all-weather performance.

You are now free to move about the country. The 636 is equally comfortable on residential sidewalks, downtown curblines or a host of other applications.

Designed for maintenance.

The 636 design is based on the same popular "clamshell" design first seen on the 525.

With its tilting cab and swing-out sections the 636 opens up like a Swiss Army Knife for easy maintenance access.

Although these detailed design features, together with the extensive use of stainless steel and the selection of highest quality components may be more expensive to produce, we belief the extra effort is worthwhile by increasing the useful life of the vehicle, and making it easier to maintain.

Careful design using the latest 3-D CAD analysis means that the 636 offers the easiest maintenance access yet.

Goes almost anywhere...

With a turning circle two-thirds that of a three-wheeled street sweeper, and a low-profile 6'6" clearance height, the 636 can get into places other sweepers don't dare. Parking garages, tree-lined avenues, subways, mass transit shelters - no other sweeper can match its combination of capacity, speed and matchless maneuverability.

But that's not all that a small turning radius means. Even when sweeping wide open spaces like a 200 stall parking lot, the 525 spends so much less time turning around and spends more time sweeping. And that means productivity that matches parking lot sweepers having a much wider sweeping path.

The addition of a 8 foot wanderhose means true one person operation - no more crews with blowers clearing debris from areas your sweeper can't get to.

And at under 4,300 lbs, the 636 is designed to be surprisingly light on its feet . That means easy loading on and off standard 16' utility trailers when long distances are involved. It also means no damage to delicate surfaces such as pavers.

Great maneuverability also means increased productivity as the 636 reaches places where other sweepers fear to tread.
